The Queen Returns Episode 4

My bad, although I promised to myself to take a short break from watching too many Korean drama, I can't help but to break it last night. I still continue to watch it ^^;; The Queen Returns' storyline is starting to pick up.What I can't stand is the coincidence scenes are just too much that it's starting to irritate me. I can't help swearing at Cha Do Gyong for her choice of action. It's just made me mad at how she can be so stupid like that >_<


Everybody Cha Cha Cha Episode 60 Something

Now I don't really care about ECCC story line. I will just continue watching it just to get a glimpse of Oh Man Seok. Besides, what can we expect from a daily drama ^^;;

Now I just realize, ECCC storyline is almost the same like How Much Love/How Much You Like It. Here are the comparison:

• Both girls come from a rich family.
• The boys are just middle class. 
• The parents are against the relationship, and tried to crush the boy's job. 
• Both parents also want to married the daughter to a manager in the family company. 
• The episodes are > 100 episodes.
  
• The parent of the girl hid something bad they were done in the past which troubled the boy's family.
  

The only difference is, in HML, the villain is the father of the girl, while in ECCC it's the mother of the girl ^^;;
I guess that's just how Korean Daily Drama tend to be ^^;; In the end, the main characters will certainly be together. It's just the matter of time ^^

Amidst all of the complicated problem they are facing, I wonder how they still managed to change their hair style periodically, especially the Kang family. Just look at the hairstyle of Nayun and Mama Kang, both still have time to go the salon ^^;;

Due to lot of Korean Dramas that I've watched this week, I guess it'll be easier for me to put it in one post ^^;

The Queen Returns
Just like I predicted before, the story is so so. It's not making me excited when watching it. Instead, I got annoyed with the story line. I don't know. I'm just watching it cause I don't have any other option :P

Everybody Cha Cha Cha
Gaahh...this is what I hate about daily drama. The story keeps on dragging a lot. Gaahh...can't stand it >_< I admit I only watch this show just to see my dear oppa Oh Man Seok ^^;; Sobs...what one must endure to see him ^^;;
Currently, the story still revolving around all of characters *of course, it's a daily drama, everybody must be involved ^^;;*

• PD Min & PD Suhyeon relationship is getting closer
• YJ & The Cartoonist is getting engaged *finally*
  
• DJ is still jealous *I think* about YJ's engagement. She's still not giving her approval. But who care, she's not even YJ's parent :P
• Cheol is already figuring out that NY's father is actually JW's uncle.
• JK is pregnant, and Han isn't really ready for it. That's why he got scolded by his father :P
• JW & NY is back together, but still, there's no approval from NY's evil mom. Considering this is only eps 60 something, I bet they must be separated again :P

This show is already up to episode 94 in its origin country *South Korea* And guess what, JW & NY hasn't even been officially together >_<

My Fair Lady (Please Take Care of Young Lady / Lady Castle)
Yesterday is the final episode. And I can't believe the ending was just like that T_T I was hoping more romance etc but I didn't get it >_< I was kinda disappointed with the ending. They should have made it one episode longer. I wanted more scenes of Lee Taehyun and Uiju. They're such a cute couple ^o^
Guess after watching The Vineyard Man *which I'm strongly recommended to watch*, I'm hoping all other drama has a very nice end like The Vineyard Man had ^^;;

The Golden Apple
This is a new series started on Monday, 2 Nov 09 on KBS World. It looks promising, has 30 episodes, and the main reason I continue to watch it, is because Kim Ji Hoon is in this drama *fufufu* I started falling for him since I see him in Love Marriage. He's so damn handsome in there. Even my father is amazed by his charm when he wear a nice suit. Up til episode 4, he's not showing up yet. It's because he will play the adult Kyung Gu in this drama. Now the brothers and sisters of his family is in the child phase. Maybe next week they will turn into adult and I can get to see him ^^; About the story, so far it's kinda dark. But we'll see what will it become in the coming episodes ^^

Since I'm always late watching this series, I barely can keep track of the episode number ^^;; The separation between JW and NY is still going on. JW's mom made it worse. She bypassed NY's phone call to JW, and ask to meet NY in a cafe. Insulted by NY's family act, she clearly stated that she also can't accept NY as daughter in law. JW found out, he got angry with her mom. I can't stand JW's mom right now. She acts like there's no other job in another company for her son. It's as if the sky would fall if JW isn't working at NY's mom company. Does she never heard the word entrepreneur? I bet she never hears it before, since she's not the bread winner of the family :P

The cartoonist and SH's mom relationship is developing a bit. Finally, after those moment of awkwardness between the two, SH's mom asked him to stay in Korea, and not leave her to Japan ^^

PD Min and SH relationship is also good. I think they'll definitely be a couple in the next few episodes. That's sort of a relief in the middle of JW and NW's separation. When can they be together? T_T

It's been a week since the last time I posted ^^;; My office thingy started get in the way of my kdrama addiction, that's why I didn't have time to post. Enough with the chit chat. In episode 49, Cheol & NY will be engaged on the same day as JW's departure to India. And guess what, at the end of the episode, JW, who's ready to check in, left the airport and crashed NY's engagement ceremony. Now that's what I call a man :D You have to defend your own happiness :D

Oh, been browsing to soompi just now, I found a link posted there. It's a video recapping JW & NY's scene in Everybody Cha Cha Cha. If you were missing the beginning part of this drama just like me, this video will help you alot. Too bad the text in Korean T_T Can't understand it a bit T_T

Late again as usual, and I couldn't switch the TV on cause my parents were doing their Maghrib prayer in front of it T_T After missing the first 15 minutes, thank god I was still able to watch JW sang a nice song to his family. I think the PD really utilize Oh Man Seok's ability in singing here ^^

In this episode, JW told his family that he will accept NY's mom offer to work at India. The family agreed, but they will miss JW if he gone for 2 years abroad. NY found out from her friend about this news, and she abruptly chased JW and told him to not leave to India. She begged JW not to leave. JW hesitated, and ...to be continued :P

Huaa...not much going on for my dear JW here in this episode :( And I hate Cheol, Nayun's mom, and JK even more X(
Nayun's mom tried to get rid JW by offering him a chance to expand his carrier in India. The whole family had agreed if JW wants to go, besides, it's a very good opportunity for him since he wants to continue his doctoral study. Anyway, this early morning, I've downloaded Sang Sang Plus episode 13 where Oh Man Seok was invited as a guest there. Although I didn't understand Korean, I now I'll enjoy the show ^^ Now I must ask my sister to translate it for me, hope her Korean is quite good now since she's already in her 5th semester majoring in Korean Language :P

Quick recap of Everybody Cha Cha Cha eps 40 *atau 41 ya?* :

• JK udah married dengan Han, dan awal honeymoon aja udah bertengkar. Hhhh....si egois JK dengan igonarant-nya beli wine yang mahal, padahal Han bukan anak orang kaya. Han sebel dan JK bilang Han pelit. Endingnya masih berantem gitu deh :P Iiih...si JK ini pengen gw tonjok :P
  
• JW kencan bareng NY. NY mau beliin hadiah untuk JK, dan dia ngajak JW ke mall bagian baju dalam wanita :P JW malu dan nyuruh NY cepet-cepet beli ^^;; Mana SPGnya pake ngira kalau mereka newly wed pula, makin salting aja JW-nya ^^;;
• Abis belanja, JW & NY main-main air di taman. Kelihatannya asik juga. Tapi klo gw males ah, ribet klo basah :P
• SH ganti potongan rambut *jadi dikeriting*. Dan dia kayanya udah mulai ketemu sama love interestnya yang baru, PD Min. Meski di awal-awal ini belum keliatan, tapi gw yakin pasti SH jadian sama PD Min ^^

• [Setengah jam pertama gw ga nonton karena belum pulang dari pengajian :P]
• DC balik lagi jadi butler HN. HN bilang dia merasa senang karena DC balik lagi, dan ngancem kalau dia berenti lagi, DC bakal mati :P Dan kayanya, HN mulai ada "rasa" ke DC, meski cuma dikiiiiit banget ^^
  
• Uiju tahu tentang hutang DC ke rentenir yang gede banget (100 juta). Jadi dia mau minjem uang ke TH, tapi TH ga punya uang karena yang kaya kan keluarganya, bukan dia ^^;;
• TH ngajak Uiju makan di restoran, dan mengundang HN & DC juga. TH kelihatannya udah mulai cemburu dengan DC, karena DC selalu ada di sisi HN tiap hari *ya iyalah, namanya juga butler :P* Karena DC nganter Uiju yg mabuk pulang, jadinya TH yang nganter HN pulang.
• Uiju ngasih tau DC kalau dia udah tahu tentang hutang DC, dan besok sudah jatuh tempo.
• Rentenir dateng ke kantor Gangsan Group untuk nemuin DC. Eh, mereka malah ketemu HN duluan. Uiju sempet lihat dan ngasih tau DC. DC buru-buru ke sana, tapi dia cuma ketemu HN aja dengan raut wajah seperti habis dikhianati. Dan seperti yang gw tebak....HN nampar DC. End of the episode :P

Btw, di korea sana, My Fair Lady udah tamat di eps 16. Dan dari yang gw baca di soompi, endingnya bagus loh. Yang jelas HN jadian sama DC ^^ Penasaran? Spoil yourself by reading soompi's thread :D

As usual, telat lagi nonton Everybody Cha Cha Cha T_T Jakarta macet sih :P Kayanya gw harus coba lewat rute lain nih. Anyway, adegan yang gw inget, JW lagi makan bareng NY, dan NY tiba-tiba nanya JW simpan no hp NY dengan nama apa. JW gelagapan, ga mau ngeliatin hp-nya. NY maksa liat, dan ketahuan kalau JW namain dia "Gadis Tangguh". Gw ga yakin terjemahan ini benar-benar tepat apa ga, secara gw ga ngerti bhs korea :P NY ngambek karena disebut begitu *shouldn't it be a compliment or what? yah, gw ga ngerti korean culture :P* Tapi JW juga penasaran, nama dia disimpan sebagai apa di hp NY, pas dia rebut hp-nya, nama JW disimpan sebagai "300 dollar". Kenapa? karena dulu JW sempat ngerusakin parfum NY yang seharga 300 dollar. Ini kesimpulan yang gw tarik karena gw ga nonton eps sebelum2nya :P *image taken from hjkomo's post at soompi.com*
Scene di akhir episode-nya apa ya? Gw lupa ^^;; Supaya ringkas, gw cuma mau record scene-scene yang ada Oh Man Seok-nya aja deh ^^ Mungkin dengan tambahan tokoh lain juga kalau dirasa perlu :P

Beralih ke drama My Fair Lady a.k.a Please Take Care of Young Lady. Di eps 7 ini *klo ga salah*, Lee Tae Hyun (TH) sudah jadian sama Kang Hye Na (HN). Butler Seo Dong Chan (DC) yang memang sudah memendam rasa suka ke HN, ga tahan lagi ngeliat kemesraan mereka. DC juga udah ga mau disuruh preman untuk mencuri uang dari HN, dia sampai rela dipukuli *tapi utang tetep ga putih :P* Akhirnya, setelah merenung, dia memutuskan resign dari kerjaan sebagai pelayan pribadi HN. DC sempat-sempatnya ngajarin HN naik sepeda karena TH ngajak kencan bareng naik sepeda. DC sempat menyinggung kalau DC ga ada, HN mau gimana. HN bilang DC harus tetap jadi pelayannya, no matter what, nanti biaya nikah DC & biaya sekolahnya anaknya bisa ditanggung HN.

DC resign diam-diam, dan HN tahu dari pelayan wanitanya. HN ngejar DC yang sudah jalan keluar. DC ga bilang alasan sebenarnya, tapi dia cuma bilang ga mau selamanya jadi butler-nya HN. HN ga terima dan marah. Hari-hari berikutnya dia uring-uringan ga jelas, maunya marah-marah melulu. Sampai akhirnya dia asal-asalan kasih tanda tangan di dokumen penting perusahaan. Karena kecerobohannya, HN dibantai di rapat direksi :P Kakeknya ga terima kelakuan HN, tapi HN bandel. Akibatnya kakeknya kena serangan jantung. Langsung aja wartawan memburu HN di RS, dan HN ga tahu harus jawab apa. Lagi dikerubutin gitu, DC dateng ngebelain HN dan nyelamatin dia keluar RS.

Belum puas liat tampang Oh Man Seok di The Vineyard Man, gw beralih ke dramanya yang lain : Everybody Cha Cha Cha a.k.a Jolly Widows a.k.a Mari Berjoged *yang nerjemahin parah banget sih* Gara-gara terjemahan judul yang ga jelas inilah gw sengaja melewatkan daily drama ini di KBS World. Abis judulnya norak banget, dan pas nonton iklan dramanya, gw juga ga sadar kalau ada Oh Man Seok di drama ini :D

Jadi lah gw memulai nonton drama ini di episode 30an something *telat banget yak* Sedihnya KBS World juga ga tayangin ulang di weekend T_T *why???*

Ok, lanjut. Di eps 30an, Han Jin Kyeong (JK) si anak manja nyebelin adiknya Han Jin Woo (JW) (Oh Man Seok) ngebet kepengen nikah dengan Han yang mantan pacarnya Su Hyun (SH). Tadinya ibu JK ga setuju, tapi karena JK sampe ga mogok makan, akhirnya disetujui. Han juga minta restu dari ortu JK, dan akhirnya mereka sepakat untuk nikah.

Enough with these couples, kita beralih ke pasangan JW dan Kang Na Yoon (NY). Ini kan motif utama gw nonton drama ini :P Pertama tune in, mereka berdua belum jadian, tapi NY akhirnya tahu SH bukan pacar JK, melainkan sepupunya aja. SH yang konfirmasi sendiri, karena dia ditanya oleh NY. Hilang satu deh obstacle :P Tapi JW tiap kali dideketin oleh NY juga ga menanggapi, karena JW diancam oleh Cheol *atasannya* supaya jangan deketin NY. Cheol ini jahatnya minta ampun, udah nyuri idenya JW, dia juga membuat JW dimutasi ke bagian lain. Dan sebelnya, dia didukung oleh ibunya NY yang evil supaya Cheol tunangan dengan NY @_@ Bodoh ah, mari kita bahas JW aja :P

Jadi JW lagi nengokin temen kantornya yang lagi bagiin sampel produk ke orang-orang yang lewat. Trus JW nanya NY mana, dijawab temennya kalau NY lagi bagiin ke restoran sekitar. Temennya nyuruh JW nyariin NY untuk kasih sampel tambahan. JW nyari, dan ketemu NY yang lagi diganggu oleh pemabuk. JW belain dan ditanya sama pemabuk, kasarnya "Lo siapa berani2nya mencegah gw, hah ???" Dan dijawab JW gini "Dia wanitaku" *letterlek banget sih terjemahan gw :P* Maksudnya "Dia pacarku" :D
Huehehehehe.....daaaaan bersambung :P

Sedihnya, esok harinya gw telat nonton bagian pertamanya T_T jadi ga liat lanjutannya T_T Pokoknya JW udah di dalam mobil nganterin NY pulang, dan mereka pegangan tangan dan kelihatannya udah jadian ^^ Jadi inget adegan di The Vineyard Man, waktu Jang Taekgi baru jadian sama Lee Jihyeon, mereka juga dalam mobil trus pegangan tangan ^^ Sesampai di rumah NY, JW agak kaget karena NY anak orang kaya banget. Tapi dia ga nunjukin itu ke NY sih. Besoknya mereka berdua lunch bareng. JW mau ngajak ke restoran bagus, tapi NY bilang ga usah, jangan ngabisin duit, dia punya kupon lunch di kantin kantor. Pas terakhir, mereka kepergok evil Cheol yang dengan segera minta NY supaya ikut rapat dengan dia =_= Setelah NY pergi duluan, Cheol tanya ke JW "Kamu suka dengan NY?" *dia masih pakai kata chuayo* ? JW jawab "Anio, Kang Na Yun shi, Saranghamnida" *pls bear with my poor spelling* Terjemahan kasarnya "Ga, Aku Cinta dengan NY" *jeng jeeeng*
